About once a week. It depends on the season, demand and our mood. The surprise is part of the fun.
How many bouquets do you offer?
We offer one unique bouquet design at a time until they’re gone. When they’re gone they’re gone. Sorry, we don’t accept custom orders.
How fresh are your flowers?
Very. While often flowers have been warehoused or gone through a series of middlemen before they get to you, we get ours direct from growers.
What time do you deliver?
Mid-day, between 10am and 4pm. If you have a special requirement, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate – no promises though.
What if I have problems with my flowers?
What?! Problems?! Impossible. OK, maybe it could happen (but very, very rarely, we hope). If you’re not 100% satisfied, please get in touch with us via Twitter DM or email. Let’s talk about it and figure out how to make sure you’re happy.
Will you deliver to my house? How about the hospital?
Nope. We want you to get the joy that comes with bringing someone flowers in person. Besides, we don't like hospitals.
